Cold Soup in a Cup

I admit.  I've been in a health kick lately.

I've been taking this boot camp/boxing class for nearly a week now.

I'm loving it.

I just made a smoothie out of 1 avocado, 1 cucumber, 1 baby bok choy, salt, pepper, chili con carne powder and veggie stock.

I used to not like smoothies and/or cold soups.

Every time I drink this, my eyes *pop* open a bit with the kick of the chili and the bok choy...which is somewhat strong in this 'soup'.
