Chicken Roast - In Pictures


Mirepoix (which is celery, onion and carrots) is added to potatoes and should be cut in equal sizes...I was being relatively easy going with my cuts as I was being easy going with it.  I then seasoned it with Italian seasoning and olive oil.  You maybe more than welcome to put sliced lemons into the mix as well.  


I massaged the chicken with olive oil and Italian seasoning.  I stuck a garlic clove inside the chicken.  I could've trussed the chicken but chose not to. I then had everything cook itself in the slow cooker.


6 hours later a juicy tender yummy chicken


Dinner....With plenty of leftovers that could easily be turned into chicken noodle soup!
