Fresh Sardines

Whole Foods had some fresh sardines...So I figured what the hell, I'll go ahead and make some.

I know that they tend to rot quickly but wow.  They had a strong fishy smell.

Boning them the first time was a tad difficult.

I cooked them via grill top on my stove.  With lemon, pepper, salt, and onion powder.

They tasted good tho'.

  2. Hi, friend Amy.

I suggest you try to do the "Caipirinha "(Tradicional Brazilian drink):

    HOW TO MAKE A CAIPIRINHA
    Cut lemon in 8 slices
    add sugar to your taste
    mash lemon and sugar together
fill the glass with cachaça (tradicional brazilian drink (spirit)
add 3 cubes of crushe ice
    Mix it well.

    Good luck
